Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages on different days. We currently offer two shipping options: standard and express. Standard Shipping times will vary depending on the destination, please refer to our shipping estimator located on our checkout page for specific delivery dates to your area. Express Shipping is available at an additional cost and typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
UHFY is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance to cover the cost of their order in case of damage or loss. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be charged before the order is re-shipped. UHFY is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be incurred on international orders. Customers are responsible for checking their local laws and regulations before placing an order.
